City,

Dear Brother:
Letters recently received
from the Elders in the Indian Ty.
in form me of their being, all
in pretty good condition again,
one or two have a little of the
itch left, but are getting ridd of
it in ^a^ pretty fair successful manner
Elder Smith who I reported in ill
health, and wished released, is still
delicate, as I have learned from
two other parties unbeknowns to
him. Two Elders out in the west
find the few scattered saints feel-
ing well, and are meeting with
moderate success.

In concequence of the itch the
other four have remained at one
neighborhood as much as possible
but are able now, ere this, to go
from theirre and extend their travels
into new fields.

From your favor pr. Bro. Reynolds
recently, I learn that our new
Elder from Fairview will be
here to start one month from
today, Jan. 15th. I would suggest
that Bro. James F. Smith's release
(if it meets your mind) be dated
to take effect about the 20th
and that it be given to Bro.
Sanderson the going Elder that
it might go in safety.

With kind love I remain Your
Bro. in the Gospel Andrew Kimball
