June 25 1868
It rained in the morning at about 9 oclok took
me in his carriage & we rode to Battle Creek called
we spent the night at I held a meeting in the Evening
& Preached to the people distance 38 mils
June 26, 1868 ~ Friday
26. We rode to & spent the night with my family there 12 [miles].
June 27, 1868 ~ Saturday
27. I visited the mouth of the & made arangements with
Brother Marson about some fish. I attended the City Council
at 6 oclok
June 28, 1868 ~ Sunday
278 Sunday I held a meeting at in the fore noon & spoke
to the people followed By Brother Cluff, & in the afternoon
I drove to & went down & spent the night with
Brother 16 m[iles]
June 29, 1868 ~ Monday
29. We drove home to the & dined then drove to the
[FIGURE] I received 3 letters From , Mrs Sprague & Morgan
June 30, 1868 ~ Tuesday

Mrs Mother of Bulah was present at the Ceremony
her 4 living children are all Now married
July 1, 1868 ~ Wednesday
July 1st. A warm plesant Morning the air has been full of grass-
hoppers in the middle of the day for several days past & many
lit down upon our fields & gardens yesterday
July 2, 1868 ~ Thursday to July 3, 1868 ~ Friday
2 & 3. I spent the time in the field Hoeing & weeding
