Pres Woodruff expressed himself honor'd in the privilege of
speaking in this meeting. Referred to the subject of brethren
wanting to be ordained to higher priesthood &c. Agreed with Bishop Hunter. Spoke of the early part of the church; for three
years he acted as Teacher and preached, and built up branches.
