Ebenezer Ames
1775-1850
Ebenezer Ames (Eames) (abt. 1775-bef. 1850) was born about 1775. He was the son of Justus Ames and Judith Arey. He married Ruth Dyer on 14 Dec. 1796 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was baptized by Wilford Woodruff on 10 Sep. 1837 on the North Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He hosted Wilford Woodruff in 1837, and they met in 1838 in Camden, Waldo Co., Maine. He died before 6 Oct. 1849.
