Mary Ann Jackson Woodruff Ross

Mary Ann Jackson Woodruff Ross (1818-1894) was born 18 Feb. 1818 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. She was the daughter of William J. Jackson and Elizabeth Lloyed. She was sealed to Wilford Woodruff on 15 Apr. 1846 in Winter Quarters (later Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska), and they had one child; divorced on December 13, 1853. She married David James Ross in 1857, and they had two children. She was baptized 2 May 1843. She was employed in the home of Wilford Woodruff in England and he spoke at her funeral. She died 25 Oct. 1894 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory.
