Phoebe Arabell Woodruff Moses

Phoebe (Phebe) Arabell Woodruff Moses (1859-1939) was born 30 May 1859 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. She was the third child of Wilford Woodruff and Sarah Brown. She married Jesse Tilton Moses on 14 Jun. 1875, and they had thirteen children. She died 7 Sep. 1939 in Clearfield, Davis Co., Utah.
