Robert Taylor Burton

Robert Taylor Burton (1821-1907) was born 25 Oct. 1821 in Amherstburg, Essex Co., Upper Canada. He was the son of Hannah Shipley and Samuel Burton. He married Maria Susan Haven in 1845; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized in 1838 in Upper Canada. He regularly attended the same church meetings as Wilford Woodruff from 1854 to 1898. He died 11 Nov. 1907 in Salt Lake City.
