Samuel Barber

Samuel Barber (1800-1861) was born 21 Oct. 1800 in Harwinton, Litchfield Co., Connecticut. He was the son of William Barber and Mary Thompson. He married Phebe Beckwith, a second cousin of Wilford Woodruff, on 25 May 1825 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He died 25 Jun. 1861 in Canton, Hartford Co., Connecticut.
