Thomas Taylor

Thomas Taylor (1826-1900) was born 26 Jul. 1826 in Oldham, Lancashire, England. He was the son of Samuel Taylor and Sarah Whitehead. He married Elizabeth Romney on 10 Jun. 1852 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 25 Mar. 1848. He associated with Wilford Woodruff through their church leadership callings from 1863 to 1884, and on 4 Mar. 1872 he was ordained Bishop of the ward Wilford Woodruff attended. He died 8 Dec. 1900 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California.
