Dear Brethern

Your letter of 19th
came to hand on Saturday
22nd been open by another
man of the same name,
in regard to me going on a
Mission to Northern States
I am willing to go but not
just yet. My Father has
only returned last year from
a Mission to Great Britain
and we run ourselfs into a
little debt for him to go

And we have not paid that
off yet. And would have to
make little arraingments
for I am the one help that
my father has got. I think
I will be open able to go in
the Spring. I am willing
to do all I can for the
furtherance of Gods
purposes in the Earth

Your Brother in
Gospel of Christ

The above statement is correct

Bp. Logan 3rd Ward

very well. Say to him that
next spring, say about
Apr. conference, will do
all right, but as he will
know best what time he
will need to prepare for
a mission, we will leave
it for him to report to
us when he gets ready.
