Salt Lake City.

Dear Brother.
Your letter of the 24th Inst.
requesting me to take a mission
to New Zealand have had
my serious attention.

In reply will say, I shall
try to make ready and go.

I have always thought,
however that I would have
been sent to Scandanavia,
the land where my parents
emigrated from thirty three
years ago.

Where also I have a great
many relatives, and it looks as
though I am the only son
