case he does not meet

Circumstances are such
that I will be unable to
report ready for my Mission
Oct. 6th but I do not ask
for release but will report
when I am ready. It would
take to much time & paper
to explain all to you at
present. Suffice it to say
I feel asto be as obedient
to the call of the gospel as
ever.
