Dear Brother:
This note will serve to introduce
to you Elder Thos C. D. Howell of
Clifton, Oneida Co. Idaho.
Bro. Howell is desirous of visiting
his poeopele in Tenn. for the purpose of
obtaining a correct geneology of his
ancesters, and wishes to travel on
missionary fare if practicable.
Bro. Howell is in full fellowship in
his ward and I take pleasure in
recommending him to your consideration
