Dear Brother:
Elder C. W. Stayner of this city has been called and appointed to
succeed you in the presidency of the Northern States Mission of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Please communicate at as early a date as
you conveniently can and give him the necessary information with regard to the
various fields of labor, time of holding Conferences, addresses of the Elders, and
such items as may be desirable for him to know to enable him to understandingly
take hold of the labors of his new calling.
