President Wilford Woodruff Salt Lake City Utah Dear Brother The note of Bro Nuttalls en- closing telegram of Bro Thatcher relating to condition of Elder Blair was received last night. I left Bro Blair in Chattanooga on night of 10th inst and he departed a few hours afterwards for his field of labor in Kentucky. He was then feeling quite well, better in fact than when he left home. I have since heard of him and there was nothing in the report to get alarmed over. Bro Blair is not a strong man by any means and considering that, he was sent into Kentucky because of the better food that he would get com- pared with some other parts of the Mission.
