Dear Brother:
Your favor of Aug. 15th
inst. at hand. In reply will say; I have
been trying my very best to make such
arrangements so that I could leave for Scandinavia
on Oct. 12th, but I cannot. It will be im-
possible for me to go this fall on account
of my financial condition. I am quite
sure I can arrange my circumstances
and affairs so that I can go in the spring.
Therefor, I ask to have an honorable
release from now until then next spring.
