I Maria, M. Jenson authorized A. W. Winberg to collect the money
from the Office and deliv-
ered to him the receipt.
At the same date I, in
company with others, ac-
companied A. W. Winberg to
the Prest Office, and he said
Winberg, showed the receipt
bearing the signature of James
Jack, to the Clerk who said
the Book in which the money
transaction was recorded in
was in the possession of
Marshal Dyer.
We then went to the Express
Office and was told the Book
Could be seen in about three
days. I have written to Wingberg Frequently and
received answer to the
Legal heir.
