Day in the Life

Transcript

On November 15, 1853 Wilford Woodruff wrote in his journal about what he was learning. He recorded,

“Parley P. Pratt has commenced a Spanish school and I have commenced to attend it to learn the language. I attended several evenings this week.”

President Nelson spoke of the importance of education. He said, “Education is yours to obtain. No one else can gain it for you. Wherever you are, develop a deep desire to learn. For us as Latter-day Saints, gaining an education is not just a privilege, it is a religious responsibility.”

Why is learning and getting an education important to you? What is something you have learned recently?
