16th Sunday I preached in the fore part
of the day to the congregation of the
Saints & warned the Church against
councelling against the interest of
the Church but to take a course that
would help Joseph while in exhile or
being driven from home by wicked
& ungodly men
in the after part of the day I walked
a mile north to preach a funeral sermon
but when I arived preaching was omitted
as their was no more than time to
bury the dead
