both {on} heaven {and} Earth they ma[y] not submit any longer {the} cord this da[y] electrified {is} strong {and} this ppl wo[ul]d die {to a} man
{I} warn {all} men {to} give heed {to the} council this da[y] given this ppl {have} felt for {a} long time {and I} rejoice {the} da[y] {has} come {i} wo[ul]d ra[the]r die eternally
than crouch then dont trifle {with} these things {the} men who lead {you} r [are] controlled by {a} higher power {and I} thank God {the} Keys r [are]
