Staines^ (Vice President) Thomas Bullock (Home Secretary) George D Watt (Corresponding Secretary) Samuel W. ^W^ Richards (Treasurer) William C. Staines, ^Edward Hunter^, John Nebeker, Charles H. Oliphant, & Samuel L. Sprague met in the Library at 7 pm Opened with prayer by W. Woodruff. A c The following constitution was adopted ^Jesse C. Little,^ Lorenzo D. Young, ^Samuel W Richards^ Charles H. Oliphant John Nebeker, Samuel L. Sprague, & Edward Sayers ^& Samuel W Richards & ^Jesse C. Little^ & Church & [Spence]^ were nominated as ^were appointed^ Vice Presidents. It was decided that W Woodruff give notice on Sunday next of next meeting & to bring ^Peaches & other^ fruit to the Social Hall on Thursday evening ^11 pm^ Adjourned to Thursday at 6 pm
