lem At the close of the Meeting we went to the House of C C Rich
& B. Yo[u]ng, G. A. Smith John Taylor W Woodruff C. C. Rich,
& G Q Cannon laid hands upon the Head of Moris Phelps 68
Keys crossed Born Dec 20, 1805 & Ordained him a Patriarch B Young Mouth
