8. [FIGURES] I received 2 letters & wrote 1 Letter No 20. I met
with the Twelve in council in the Council House to set apart
the Missionaries At home and abroad W Woodruff blessed
3 Men 1 woman & 1 child and joined in Blessing many
others In the Afternoon I met with the council in business
