8 In company with M Thatcher I Rode to Manti
Temple and Examined it went Back again and
attended a Meeting at Ephraim to organize a board
of Trade speeches were Made By M Thatcher and W Woodruff
we then organized a Board of Trade 81 Names were
given we then appointed a Board of Trade or of directors
of 9 Members. Henry Beal was Chair man Antone Lund secretary
