Alred or, Whom it may Concern, This is to certify that broth[er] [torn page] Sixtus Johnson & Company are counseled by one to go to St John, to take up their abode Bp Johnson needs no recommend to anyone who knows him, altho' he has a recommend with him which is right & proper. I wish bro John- son to be accomodated with what land they need to- gether, for his family & friends wish to stay with him. I also wish bro Tenny to ^assist bro Johnson to^ procure a suitable herd- ground away from the settlement for his sheep, goats & horse stock. Afternoon, th 1880. Reported by John Irvine. I presume the people who have come to meeting today have come because they wished to, to keep the sabbath, partake of the sacrament, and to listen to what might be said. I feel disposed to occupy a little time, and in doing so I wish to read the 110th section of the Doctrine and Covenants. What is manifested in this section was given at the close of the dedication of the Kirkland Temple; for the Prophet Joseph offered up a dedication prayer before the Lord asking the Lord to accept of that house which had been built in the
