21 I signed 12 Recommends I receivd 14 Letters I wrote
A hand pointing to the right 1 Letter to D P Woodruff I had a Meeting with the
Island Brethren on getting a place for them I also
had a Meeting with Br Higgs & Elias Morris upon the
disposing of the smoke from the furnice at Manti Temple
J R Winder Bid the Highest & Got the Church farm
He pays $401 a Months Rent for the same
I spent the night at the Farm 6 Miles

Blackfoot, Idaho Prest Wilford Woodruff and Counselors Dear Brethren Thinking you would like to be advised concerning the progress of affairs in the District Court, we submit the following items. Kentucky Smith and Judge Morgon for the prosecution have had Bishops Parker, Donaldson, Wilcox and some others on the witness stand, having Subpoened them to attend and produce all the papers Books and records be- longing to their several Wards.
