Provo City, President Wilford Woodruff. Dear Brother, It is with great diffidence that I yeild to the necessity of submitting to ^you^ enclosed correspondence. But as Bro. Permit me to call your attention to the passage in my summary report to you, of July 17, where on page 6, I refer to the Panguitch Stake Academy. As my letter concerning the matter has been forwarded to you by Bro. Crosby, a comparison bet- ween my report to you and that letter will show the correctness of my statement. My enclosed letter to Bro. Crosby of today, will furnish the last argument in the case, and I shall abide by your decision. If you shall direct not otherwise, please let Bro. Geo.
