Sir Last yeare I wrote you a proposition how you could obtain statehood, by a secret of my own ect. ect. the move you made last April Oct. appears to me as you thought you had hit upon my secret, bet but it is foar from it, before long you will find out it was the worst move you could have made. My secret can still save you statehood and confidence among your people, let me see how much you think that secret is worth to you name the amount you are willing to give in gold coin for it.
