President Woodruff,
Dear Brother: I believe my earthly
probation on Miabia is coming to a close;
and before I leave this prison of human clay,
I must tell you of the scenes I behold in the
mirror of the upper deep. The greatest scenes
of light and darkness this mysterious world
ever beheld, now awaits this generation.
Thick darkness will first inclose the earth,
to purge and refine the lowly followers of
the mighty Logos. Then, the consuming su-
permundane power that will come across
the sea from the Orient, will crush all hu-
man calculations before it: no man ^can^ stand
before that mighty power, without he has
