Keys crossed A crown For the first time in my life I was
called before the Master in chancery to
testify upon the principal of Poligamy all of which
was published in the Daily papers President
George Q Cannon testifyed upon the property
of the Church

Fairview, Sanpete County, Utah, Wilford Woodruff Dear Brother yours of Oct 13 at hand and contense duley noted and will say in reply that I honer the call but I am involved at the presan I am in the saw mill ^buisness^ with my Fother and he hase to go to Provo on the 23rd of this presant month to receive centens [sentence] for aduntry or cohab and we had two flood in the canyon that our mill is in that damaged us a consierable conceqently we have not mad any thing this summer and my liabalities are about $600 s[t]ill I do not wish to shrink
