Presidents Wilford Ruff & Geo. Q. Cannon. Dear Brethren You may recollect that when the accompanying letter of my appointment to the presidency of the High Priests quorum was written the ink furnished you was indifferent hence it is fading and in a few years will become illegibal. As the quorum record would be quite imperfect without it and you are the only Survivors who signed the document I have taken the liberty to forward to you and kindly ask if not too much
