received a Letter from Jaques & Sarah saying that
Newtons wife was quite sick [FIGURE] I wrote to Sarah
also to Wm H Sherman I stacked my 2nd crop of
Lucern to day

Beaver City, Utah, President Wilford Woodruff, Dear Brother, Replying to yours of Recent Date, would say In Regards to the call made upon me to go to Great Britain. Dear Brother, at the appointed time October 10th, I shall be there at the Historians office If nothing happens and the Lord spares my life.
