Elder Wilford Woodruff,
Dear Brother. In answer to the call
to take a mission I will say;
that I am perfecthly willing to
respond to the same and will
try and prepare myselfe by the
time specified although I am
somewhat in debt abut I think
I can arrange my affairs so that
I can go without asking for
more time.
