Presidant Woodruff.
Dear brother
I received the call you made of me
yesterday. In answer to it I will
say, that I am not able at presant
to pay my own way to the States
I have no means on hand at all
and I have a hard time getting any,
at presant I have been working
here for a farm and it has not
fetched me in any thing yet but
I hope it will soon. I have got a
team but no other stalls if
I had the means I would like to
go but I will be on hand as
soon as I am able to go and fill
