Dear Brother:
I enclose a letter from Elder G. B. Gardner, of Woodruff,
asking that a deed for his land at that place be given him. The First
Presidency instruct me to say to you that they consent to his request
being granted. Will you kindly return me his letter when you have no
further use for it.
