Letter from Thomas Edwin Ricks, William Frederick Rigby, and Thomas Edward Bassett, 9 June 1896

Rexburg, Idaho President W. Woodruff Salt Lake City Dear Brother, In the matter of Fall River Ward we desire to state that it is 10 miles by 2 to 3 miles wide which makes it very inconvenient to get together. The people have asked to have it divided which we have taken into consideration and think it advisable to conceed to their wishes. The proposed new ward is presently Twin Groves Branch containing about 150 souls. The name is desired to remain the same and the High council at their meeting Saturday selected W. D. Williams for Bishop and we now recommend him for your consideration Your Brother in the Gospel T E. Ricks Wm. F. Rigby T E Bassett [TR]
