Iona, Idaho, President Woodruff and Councilors Dear Brethern A younyg man comitted adultry with a young lady, "he held the higher presthood" he was tryed by the proper Church Authority found guilty, and was disfellowshiped. He has since made matters write with the young lady also her parents, the High Councel and stake presidency feel he has don all in ^his^ power to make amends. And he is very anxious to be restored to the fellowship of the saints. Shall we recommend him to the Bp of the ward for baptism, and salhall oall of his former blessing and presthood be reconfirmed on him. By giving us proper light on this most important subject at your earlest convences you will confer a great favor to your humble Servant and Co-labor Jas E. Steele
