Colonia Juarez, President Wilford Woodruff and Counselors, Salt Lake City, Dear Brethren, I take the libery to call your attention to Presiding Bishop's Order No 246 Series E 8, on Juarez Stake, for $2000.00, favor Juarez Stake Board of Education. $800.00 of said amount is payable in Building Material. There is no Lumber or other Building material on hand, but the Trustee in Trust has an interest in the Saw-mill, located in the mon mountains, on which a dividend, payable in Lumber has accumulated. Said Dividend amounts to $1575.00 mex. rates, or about $700.00 am. money rate. If you wouild authorize me to use this on said order, it would help very much in the interest of education.
