Mill Creek, Utah, President Wilford Woodruff. Dear Brother: I received Your welcome letter some time ago, notifying me, that my name has been suggested and accepted as a Missionary to Scandinavia, and asking me to express my feelings in regard to this call. I am perfectly willing to go where You deem it wisdom for me to work for the cause of God here upon this earth, as my whole soul is for the progress of that work; and I am gratefull to my heavenly Father, that I am counted wordy [worthy] to be his servant.
