Dear Brother,
Your communication notifying me of
a call to the Missionary field of Great Britain was duly received,
and in reply submit the following
representations for your consideration.
After trying for the past ten years
to overcome the obstacles against making
a permanent home in this place, I
have given it up, and last spring
made arraigngments for the disposal
of my place and have made cal-
culations to move about the 10th of
April for Cardston or thereabouts
with what stock and implements I
have with my family.
After receiving your letter, I have well
considered the subject in connection
with my family, and still think the
best thing to do under the circumstances,
is to leave for Canada as originally
intended, believing I could better
fulfill a Mission next Spring (1896)
