I received
the call to go on a mission to Great
Britain from you with mingled feeling
of joy & sorrow, with joy to think
the Lord has called so humble
a servant as me to so great a
work & my prayer is that I may
be true to Him & to His cause. but
with sorrow to be so soon called to
part with my loved ones. never
the less not my will but the
will of my Heavenly father be
done, & therefore I have no excusses
to make, but will try & be
ready at the appointed time to
go, or at any time you may say
I remain your Bro in the
Gospel of Christ
