    CHURCH BUSINESS PERMIT. THIS WILL AUTHORIZE ALL Deseret Telegraph Company's Offices, To Transmit all Messages signed by Prest. Wilford Woodruff, and answers thereto, BETWEEN ALL DESERET OFFICES, Until December 31st, 1892, unless otherwise ordered, When such messages, or answers, are on the busi- ness of the Church, or his own strictly personal affairs; and charge the same to "C. Business done by the holder of this Permit is charged to the Church, consequently, messages on busi- ness in which others are also specially interested are not included in this Permit, and it refers exclusively to that of the holder only. All messages beyond the limits of the Deseret lines must have the amount for such "other lines" prepaid or guaranteed on them, unless answers to messages received. ...
