Benjamin Hymas
Benjamin (Reuben) Hymas (1846-1925) was born 26 May 1846 and christened in Rayleigh, Essex, England. He was the son of William Hymas and Mary Ann Atkins. He married Hannah Thurston on 8 Feb. 1869 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized 10 Mar. 1857 in Hockley, Essex, England. While serving as a Bishop he signed a mission call response sent to President Wilford Woodruff in 1893. He died 15 May 1925 in Preston, Franklin Co., Idaho.
