Ishmael Foote Phillips
Ishmael Phillips (1815–1905) was born 22 May 1815 in Marden, Herefordshire, England. He was the son of Thomas Phillips and Lydia Trevett. He married Mary Ann Godsall on 26 Dec. 1834 in Weston Beggard, Herefordshire, England; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized on 30 May 1840 in Westhide, Herefordshire, England and was included in Wilford Woodruff's record of individuals baptized in England in 1840. He died 5 Feb. 1905 in Union, Salt Lake Co., Utah.
