Sidney Rigdon Burton

1838-1897

Sidney Rigdon Burton (1838-1897) was born 8 Jan. 1838 in Richmond, Ray Co., Missouri. He was the son of John Nuton Burton and Susan McCord. He married Anna Maria Fish on 22 Mar. 1859 in Parowan, Iron Co., Utah Territory. He was baptized in Feb. 1846. He hosted Wilford Woodruff overnight on 13 Sep. 1886 in Parowan while Wilford was traveling. He died before 29 May 1897 in Parowan.
