Walter Collins Mitchell
Walter Collins Mitchell (1869-1949) was born 27 Mar. 1869 in Parowan, Iron Co., Utah Territory. He was the son of William C. Mitchell and Augusta Pharson. He married Mary Selena Orton on 10 Apr. 1889 in Parowan. He was baptized 9 Aug. 1877. He responded to a mission call in 1892 when Wilford Woodruff was President of the Church and was mentioned in a letter written to Wilford Woodruff in 1893. He died 8 Oct. 1949 in Cedar City, Iron Co., Utah.
