assembled at the Celebration of St. John on the 24th
^of June^ at 9 o'clock in the morning at the store of Joseph
Smith where the visiting brethren were received. The
procession was formed and marched to the Stand in the
Grove near the Temple. There were present about
six thousand persons. Sidney Rigdon delivered an
appropriate address and we then returned to the Lodge
where we dispersed for refreshment and re-met at
2 o'clock in Lodge capacity
