Dated at Nauvoo, this . The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above founder Brigham Young ^James Brown^, who has been appointed an agent to collect funds for the Nauvoo house association and for the Temple Nauvoo building in the city of Nauvoo, shall faithfully pay to the said Trustee in trust as aforesaid, all moneys that he may collect for either house, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
