Wilford Woodruff "Presedent" should have a recommendation
from this conference to the High Councel the
Twelve in Nauvoo. bearing testimony to his
Zeal and faithfulness in the work in which he
has been engaged as presedent of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Britain
for the last Twelve Months in which he has
been in Britain. praying our heavenly Father in the name of
^Jesus Christ to bless him^
