you all are h getting along both temporarlly &
spiritually I will inform you that I
was prospered on my journey to this land
I am well pleased with this country I have
been prospered in this land enough so to enable
me to build a saw mill by taking in a partner
we intend to build it 50 miles from San bar-
nideno between San barnideno and the coast
I believe it to be the best or as good busi-
ness as can be started in this country
On my journey to this place I see a man in
the mountains I saw and conversed with
him he called himself John the revalator
this is a good country a mild climate as for
San barnideno ranch it is a good ranch it abounds
with good running water grass timber & soil
is good and plenty of it & I believe it to be very healthy
